We are a growing adult content agency seeking a Social Media Manager & Sales Specialist to manage and monetize adult creator accounts across various social media platforms.
This is a long-term, remote opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in adult content marketing and fan engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing and growing adult creator accounts across assigned platforms
- Handling fan messaging, engagement, and upselling
- Implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Maintaining a consistent posting and interaction schedule
- Following agency guidelines and brand voice per model
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language (written communication is critical)
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing adult social media pages
- Proven ability to convert conversations into sales
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Ability to work independently while following direction
Compensation & Schedule
- Set base pay ($3-$20/hr depending on experience and proven past results)
- 10% revenue share generated across the platforms you manage
- Bi-weekly payments
- Starting at 4 hours per day, with the opportunity to increase to 8 hours per day based on consistent performance and results
Hiring Process
- Practical interview to assess skills
- One supervised trial day of work prior to full hiring
- During the trial, you will work with one model only under guidance
