About the Role:
I run a men's fragrance content brand with 800K+ followers across platforms. I post daily and need an agency to handle both longform YouTube edits and shortform cuts. This is ongoing work, not a one-off project.
Channels:
Why an Agency:
I've worked with talented solo editors, but I need bench depth. When one editor is unavailable, someone else covers. No excuses, no gaps.
Scope:
- Shortform: 15+ videos/month (cuts, pacing, motion graphics, SFX)
- Longform: 2-4 YouTube videos/month (10-20 min range)
- Ongoing, long-term relationship
Technical:
- Footage: Sony S-Log3, ProRes 422 HQ
- Must be comfortable with log footage and color grading workflows
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken AND written English (we'll be on calls)
- Responsive communication (24hr max turnaround on messages)
- Flexibility to scale up/down based on content calendar
- Experience with talking-head + B-roll style content
