About the Role

Workana is assisting a client in the business services industry that seeks to transform its internal operations through automation, CRM optimization, and the practical application of artificial intelligence.

The objective of the role is to structure and scale processes that are currently centralized, designing a more orderly, efficient, and automated operating system. It is not just about executing tasks, but about thinking about the operation in an integral way and building sustainable solutions over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business automation.
  • Proficiency in Zapier (or Make / n8n).
  • Solid experience working with CRMs (ideally Bitrix24).
  • Fluent Spanish (required).
  • Consultative and strategic mindset.
  • Autonomous, organized, and efficiency-oriented profile.

Responsibilities

Automation of processes (Zapier / Make / n8n)

  • Design and implement automatic flows between tools.
  • Eliminate repetitive tasks (follow-ups, records, notifications, reports).
  • Integrate tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, forms, and WhatsApp.
  • Optimize operating times through intelligent automation.

CRM Optimization – Bitrix24

  • Diagnosis of the current use of the CRM.
  • Restructuring of pipelines, stages, and fields.
  • Configuration of internal automations.
  • Design of dashboards for management and operational control.
  • Improvement of commercial and administrative traceability.

Internal Organization & Collaboration

  • Implementation or improvement of tools such as Notion or Taskade.
  • Structured documentation of processes.
  • Design of workflows for sales and administration.
  • Organization of operational knowledge.

AI applied to the operation

  • Practical use of AI to reduce operational load.
  • Identification of concrete opportunities for efficiency.
  • Implementation of solutions with a real impact on the business.

Desirable

  • Experience ordering operations in growing companies.
  • Strong systemic thinking and focus on scalability.
