• Managing online conversations and messages
• Maintaining engaging conversations as a chatter
• Following scripts and communication guidelines

• Completing VA/administrative assignments
• Following legitimate management instructions accurately
• Managing several assignments simultaneously
• Staying organized in a chaotic environment
• Meeting deadlines and performance expectations
• Quickly implementing corrections and feedback
