About the Marketing & Communications Team

The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for all deliveries related to brand strategies, content, social media, CRM and performance. We are looking for a talent to attract and generate B2B leads through strategic communication and content that generates improvement for the well-being of patients (B2B@C)

About the Role: Performance (Acquisition Funnel)

You will be responsible for taking total ownership of the acquisition funnel, acting in a practical, operational and results-oriented manner. Your role is to transform the growth strategy into high-performance execution, ensuring not only lead generation, but quality, conversion and real impact on the business, both in the B2B / B2B2C context and in the activation of patients. You will have autonomy and protagonism to operationalize, test, optimize and provoke continuous improvements in all fronts that impact acquisition, conversion and CAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the End-to-End Acquisition Funnel: Ensure the performance of the end-to-end funnel, from generation to conversion into opportunity, ensuring CAC efficiency, quality of MQLs and real impact on the business.
  • Operate Performance with a Business Vision: Balance operational efficiency, pressure for results and data-driven decision making, with a short and medium-term vision.
  • Experiment, Optimize and Scale: Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through tests, CRO initiatives and constant optimizations in campaigns, landing pages and flows, maintaining a high level of nonconformity with stagnant results.
  • Orchestrate Multichannel Acquisition: Ensure integrated campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels, articulating specialists, communication, design, SEO and martech with a focus on conversion.
  • Monitor Metrics and Manage Budget: Define budget allocation, monitor key indicators and direct adjustments based on quantitative and qualitative analyzes
  • Ensure excellence in data, martech and integrations: Ensure that the integrations between media, CRM and analytical tools are correctly structured, enabling a clear reading of the origin, quality and conversion of leads.
  • Act transversally in growth: Work closely with SEO, communication, design, sales and technology to enhance generation, demand education and patient activation.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in acquisition and performance, at a senior or specialist level.
  • Experience in B2B and B2B2C, with the ability to alternate strategies according to the audience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Analytical ability, logical reasoning and data-driven decision making.
  • Business vision and sense of ownership.
  • Proactivity, a sense of urgency and protagonism.
  • Use of AI applied to performance, analysis and experimentation.

What Won't Work

  • You limit yourself to paid media operation without looking at the complete funnel.
  • You prefer to execute isolated tasks instead of taking ownership of the results.
  • You are not comfortable working with data, metrics and constant experimentation.
  • You have difficulty operating in environments of pressure, change and multiple priorities.
