Hiring 3 Team Members (2 Web Devs + 1 Marketing)

We're a newly created, ad-hoc UK-based web development agency formed to support our own growing business ventures across multiple industries, including education, jewellery, and business services. While the agency itself is new, the businesses we support are established UK entities with proven business models. We’re now looking to grow our team alongside this expansion.
We’re currently hiring 3 people for regular, long-term project-based work, with a clear path to full-time roles as we scale.
🌍 Location (Important)
We are only considering candidates based in India and Bangladesh.
This is due to time-zone alignment and the fact that we already have technical team members based in these countries.
👥 Team Structure
We already have a lead developer (also hired via Reddit btw!), and you’ll be working closely alongside him on multiple ongoing projects. This is a collaborative environment with mentorship and real production work.
💼 Roles We’re Hiring For
1️⃣ Web Developers (2 roles)
You’ll be working across multiple live projects, not one-off tasks.
Current tech stack includes (but is not limited to):
- React
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- MongoDB
- Python (including data science–related work)
- Azure
- Ubuntu Linux
- REST APIs, Git/GitHub
- and other modern web technologies!!!
Hands-on experience building web applications is required.
2️⃣ Marketing / Creative Role (1 role)
Responsibilities include:
- Creating posters and visual marketing assets
- Content creation (web & social media)
- Designing marketing materials for our businesses
Experience with digital marketing, branding, or content creation is required.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or junior-level developers
- Motivated and eager to learn in a real-world environment
- Some experience building web apps (for dev roles)
- Some experience with marketing/content creation (for marketing role)
- Available for ongoing, consistent work
- Interested in growing with a team long-term
