Full-Stack Engineer (Full-time, Remote)
- Compensation: $90k–$150k USD/year
- Responsibilities:
- Own features across the UI, APIs, and data layer.
- Turn tickets into small, tested PRs and follow them through release.
- Independently debug and validate what you ship.
- Tech Stack: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python APIs, Postgres, browser automation.
- Ideal Candidate: Someone who uses AI coding tools well. Strong projects and early-career builders are welcome.
PhD Researcher (Part-time, Remote US)
- Compensation: $60–$70 USD/hour
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in a full-time PhD program. US work authorization required (applicable CPT/OPT welcome).
- Responsibilities:
- Work on LLM/browser-agent evaluation, persona calibration, and behavioral modeling.
- Focus on experimental design and comparison with real A/B-test outcomes.
- Schedule will be agreed upon around your doctorate.
- Requirements: Strong Python and research methods. Please be prepared to discuss a paper, repository, benchmark, or experiment you can explain deeply.
