About the Role

We are a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of an international leader in the global IT field. You will join a busy, multicultural sales team and serve as a central part of keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts, sales orders, and customer agreements.
Coordinate international customer projects, ensuring pricing, logistics, and delivery stay on track.
Build trust-based relationships with customers.
Create proposals and support the sales process from end to end.
Maintain clean and up-to-date customer data across internal systems.
Collaborate closely across various departments.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years in a sales or customer service team.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment.
Legal: Must have the right to work in the Netherlands.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: €3,000–€3,400 per month (depending on experience).
Commission: Included.
Holiday Allowance: 8%.
Contract: Permanent contract from the start.
