Job Description
Purpose The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches. You will define automated configuration management, release management, build, test, and deployment activities.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modern container orchestration platforms, pipeline automation, and infrastructure as code, with a focus on CaaS@DTIT or Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab Pipelines, and Microsoft Entra ID. Familiarity with AWS is a bonus but not essential.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
- Manage source code, configuration management, release management, build, and deployment activities.
- Setup and manage integration with partner applications.
- Conduct performance analyses, tuning, error analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Consult and implement new innovative technologies to satisfy our innovation strategy.
- Create concepts for further automation of services, processes, and/or operating models.
- Directly support project teams in development, quality assurance, and the planning/implementation of product releases.
Qualifications
You will succeed if you have:
- Education: Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
- Experience: 2+ years in ICT Systems.
- Scripting: Advanced (Bash, Python).
- Operating Systems: Advanced (Linux).
- Cloud Platforms: Intermediate (OTC / AWS / Azure).
- Containerization: Advanced (Docker).
- Orchestration: Intermediate (Kubernetes / OpenShift).
- Version Control: Advanced (Git).
- CI/CD Tools: Intermediate (Jenkins / GitLab).
- Build Tools: Basic (Maven / Gradle).
- IaC Tools: Intermediate (Ansible / Terraform / Puppet).
- Monitoring/Logging: Intermediate (ELK / Prometheus / Icinga / Jaeger / Grafana).
- Networking: Advanced.
- Security: Intermediate.
- Soft Skills: Communicative, team player, analytical thinking, training, and presentation skills.
- Languages: English (Upper intermediate - B2).
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.

Salary
- Base salary will not be lower than 1,650 € / brutto.
- Final salary is negotiable based on seniority level and previous experience.
- In addition to the base salary, we provide a variable component and other financial benefits.
