About the Agency
We are Recrafte, a full-stack web design and development agency. We handle all design and development in-house and have already crossed 250k INR in revenue from client projects, including international clients. Our work speaks for itself, but we are currently limited by our ability to perform cold outreach and close new deals. We have the capacity to take on more clients and are looking for someone to help us scale.
The Role
We are looking for a hungry, motivated individual to handle sales and outreach. Your primary goal is to find businesses that need a website or digital presence and get them on a discovery call with our team. We will handle the technical execution once the lead is qualified.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to businesses in need of web design and development services.
- Manage the initial outreach process.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between potential clients and our team.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $15/hr (for roughly 5–10 hours/week to start).
- Commission: A solid percentage on every deal closed (details to be shared via DM).
- Growth Potential: High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to transition into a larger role with increased hours and better pay.
Requirements
- No specific years of experience required; we are looking for someone hungry and driven.
- Proven ability to perform sales outreach and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
