About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM specialist to help organize and automate a growing mobile diesel emissions testing business in California.
Responsibilities
- Data Cleanup: Clean and organize a customer spreadsheet (approx. 1,700 customers).
- Data Management: Remove duplicates and standardize customer data.
- HubSpot Preparation: Prepare data for HubSpot import.
- Record Creation: Create Company, Contact, and Vehicle records.
- Data Migration: Import historical customer information.
- Automation: Set up automated email and text reminders for recurring compliance due dates.
- Reporting: Build dashboards for customer retention, due dates, and revenue tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Expertise in data cleanup, workflow automation, and custom properties.
