Your Role at Vinta

The healthcare market in the United States is large and full of bureaucratic, heavy, and outdated technological solutions that do not communicate with the needs of their end-users - doctors, nurses, interdisciplinary teams, hospitals, and health insurance companies. Vinta has been successful in this market by positioning itself as a facilitator of innovation in this area, simplifying the construction of health products that speak directly to what the market needs.

You will build the vision, strategy, and execution of our main proprietary product: Vinta Building Blocks, a set of functionalities and components for building healthtech products, where you will act as Product Owner.

Your goal is to get to know the US health ecosystem in depth (its EHRs, AI possibilities and its agents, and Design Systems), transforming isolated components into unified experiences that guarantee an accelerated time-to-market for new healthtech projects, enabling the technical team of devs and design for value generation. You will also enable and monitor this project so that it is technically feasible, considering risks, opportunities, and resources, providing solutions to build and accelerate the product and our team, meeting the objectives, visions, and concerns of our internal stakeholders, CPO, and CTO.

With this market domain, you will also assist Expansion with continuous discovery and other actions that convert leads and expand current accounts, technically demonstrating how our building blocks solve customers' business problems, generating social proof in demos that show how our healthtech consultancy is exactly what they need for their digital health products.

Team managers at Vinta also parallelize activities in other projects. Although this is the initial scope of your work, we expect that after some time in this position, you will also gain context of other projects and work on them with another team.

Experience We Are Looking For:

Practice with continuous discovery: Basing solutions on real pain points of leads, clients, and market research, to boost the adoption of our products and conversion of our proposals for the US health ecosystem.
Strategic independence: Autonomy to guide the strategy, roadmap, and routine of these Building Blocks, questioning C-levels and the technical team based on data and product vision.
Innovation capacity: Designing and coordinating the UX/UI of the modular components of our product together with devs and designers, experimenting and building this product so that it is AI-native
Speed and Pragmatism: Focus on time-to-market, prioritizing prototyping, testing, and iterating in short cycles, focusing on strategic scopes and removing team, product, and stakeholder roadblocks.
Team direction: We expect you to lead your development and design team, acting strategically to ensure clear objectives and enable team productivity in a collaborative culture, ensuring continuous feedback and guidance for team growth.
Parallelizing teams: Our expectation is that after you are settled in this first chair, you will also be able to direct other technical teams in other projects, negotiating scopes and monitoring team deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Communication competence: Fluent in English to support Expansion and projects, selling our product and technical vision persuasively.

It's a Plus If You:

Have an understanding of the digital health ecosystem (EHRs, clinical workflows, Medplum/FHIR);
Have experience building AI-native products;

Salary of R$ 13,500 to R$ 18,300 under the CLT regime, adjusted annually;
