About the Role
Independent founder building an early-stage NYC real estate intelligence tool is seeking paid consultants for product research.
Requirements
We are looking for:
- Acquisitions or Due Diligence (DD) professionals at REITs, CRE PE shops, family offices, or institutional owners
- 5+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with NYC building DD (DOB, ECB, FISP, environmental, capex)
Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will:
- Walk the founder through your acquisitions DD workflow
- Identify where building-level data is difficult to source currently
- Provide light feedback on report formats, pricing, and packaging
Compensation
- $200/hr, 1099
- 5–10 hours over 4–6 weeks
- Remote
