What You'll Do
- Drive product direction alongside customers and PMs — not just implement specs.
- Design scalable, elegant solutions in Elixir and React.
- Ship meaningful updates weekly, gather feedback, and iterate.
- Mentor junior engineers and define patterns that scale with the team.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 5+ years building modern SaaS applications, full-stack.
- Ability to break complex problems into efficient, actionable work.
- Team-first attitude; strong communication in a remote environment.
- Empathy for customers — you care about what ships and who uses it.
Nice-to-haves:
- Elixir or Erlang (we love functional programming).
- TypeScript and React.
- AWS (build, deploy, troubleshoot).
- Relational database design and query tuning.
