Email Marketing Automation Project - UK Based (Short-Term)

We are a small, UK-based consulting company in the construction compliance field seeking assistance with automating our email marketing and client follow-up processes. This is a short-term project.
About Us
- We are a small team handling ad hoc client requests via WordPress forms, phone calls, and emails.
- We also have regular subscription-based clients.
- Our workflow involves booking site visits, onboarding clients manually (due to quote reviews), and requesting reviews after visits.
What We Need Automated
- Post-visit processes:
- Sending reminders for overdue visits.
- Sending requests for Google or Trustpilot reviews.
- Ideally, we’d like to integrate this with a CRM for easier management.
Current Tools
- Brevo for email marketing.
- Freeagent for quoting and invoicing.
- Microsoft Forms for client enquiries.
- Riskbase for booking clients (with due dates and detailed info).
- Note: Some clients have multiple properties (5–10), so automation must handle that complexity.
- Riskbase provides an API, and our goal is to trigger Brevo emails based on due dates from Riskbase.
Requirements
- Someone experienced in email automation, API integrations, and ideally CRM setup.
- UK-based preferred.
Project Details
- This is a short-term project, but if successful, we’d love to collaborate on future tasks.
Compensation
- Rate: $20/hr
