And success proves us right, we are growing and are looking for almost 100 more EU freelancers (m/f/d) to support us in inbound customer service for a client in the telecommunications (mobile communications) segment.
Responsibilities
Your Mission:
- Acceptance and, if possible, final processing of incoming calls
- Professional and service-oriented communication with customers
- Recording and documentation of customer concerns in the CRM system
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer
- You have initial experience in customer service
- Your place of work/residence is in the EU (outside Germany) or you will be emigrating soon
- You have very good German language skills (C1/C2 demonstrable)
- Independent working style and high reliability
- You have a secure workplace that is not visible and/or accessible to third parties
- You have a desk, an office chair, and the required hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset)
- You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable)
