About the Role
CMA Labs is a content agency that helps indie software founders grow on TikTok and Instagram. We manage their content so they can focus on building their products. We are looking for a remote outbound sales representative to help us scale.
Note: No hard sales calls are required. Your goal is to start conversations and book qualified 15-minute discovery calls.
Responsibilities
- Find qualified software founders on Instagram.
- Send personalized cold DMs.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Book 15-minute discovery calls.
- Work approximately 3 hours/day on your own schedule.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $15/hr (for high-performing reps).
- Commission: 50% of gross profit on every client closed.
- Earnings Potential:
- Typical commissions range from $300–$1,000 per client.
- Strong reps can earn $900–$5,000+/month.
Requirements
- Fluent, natural English writing skills.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
- Ability to personalize messages rather than using copy-paste templates.
