Responsibilities
You’ll own technical execution end-to-end:
- Architecture
- Daily coding
- CI/CD
- Observability
- MCP servers and agent orchestration
- Multimodal UX (voice-to-voice, chat, UI)
- A/B tests and feature flags via PostHog
- Scaling infra for hundreds of thousands of physicians
You ship fast and iteratively. If it’s not in production, it doesn’t count. You stay current with AI/web, work autonomously, and collaborate tightly with product.
