TTEC is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English to join their team remotely in North Carolina.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. You'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one.
Responsibilities
During a typical day, you will:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
- While a USB wired headset is recommended, you may be able to use your own (except for Bluetooth headsets)
