[HIRING] Freelance Outbound Lead Gen for AI/Web Agency (Remote, Performance-Based)
We’re a small, fast-moving agency building AI systems, automation, and custom web solutions.
Looking for freelancers who can bring in real leads, not just send 1000 cold messages.
About the Role
What you’ll do:
- Find and research founders / decision-makers
- Run outbound (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write outreach that actually gets replies
- Book qualified calls
Important:
This is results-first. If you’ve only followed templates and never closed or booked real calls, this won’t work.
Compensation
Flexible — commission or base + performance (on top of $20-40/hr)
High upside if you can actually convert
Requirements
You should have:
- Some proof of past outbound / lead gen work
- Decent writing (no spammy messages)
- Basic understanding of AI / SaaS / web
