About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Engineer. Roughly half of this role involves shipping code directly into the framework itself. The other half involves being embedded with paying customers as they deploy agents to production.
In this role, you will:
- Work directly in customer Slack channels and on calls.
- Write code in customer repositories and review their PRs.
- Collaborate on architecture with customer engineering teams.
- Feed your learnings back into the framework as bug fixes, new features, and new primitives.
Requirements
- You are a full-stack TypeScript engineer.
- You have experience building AI agents.
- You can explain technical decisions clearly to other engineers.
- Availability: You must be able to work US Eastern/Central or EU hours to meet our response-time SLAs for our customer base.
Hiring Process

- A conversation with a current customer engineer.
- A 2-3 hour take-home assignment.
- Presentation of your work and feedback session.
