Hello and thank you for checking out my post!
I've been professionally editing audio for over 7 years now and am currently looking at bringing in new clients! Listen to before and after samples and read testimonials here: https://www.landispodcastediting.com/samples-testimonials
Some of the podcasts I work on:
The Murder Diaries - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-murder-diaries/id1475609603 (Specifically the episodes that lead with, "MURDERED:" or "MISSING:")
lovelustfear - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/lovelustfear/id1735876283 (All episodes except for the most recent one)
Survivor's Guide to True Crime - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/survivors-guide-to-true-crime/id1668486428
The Art of Speaking Up - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-art-of-speaking-up/id1436888741
And many more!
To keep things brief: I charge $35 per hour worked. Average time for an edit depends on the project but a ballpark range is 3-6 times raw audio length (Example: 20 minutes of raw audio = 1-2 hours of editing). My turnaround time is typically 3 days per episode/audio, it only increases if it's a particularly large project. We exchange files through Google Drive. Once I'm finished editing I send a follow-up email with a direct link to your audio, I also detail what all I did and potential tweaks to your recording setup so we can keep improving overall quality. The follow-up email will also contain price and how you can pay (I prefer Venmo or PayPal).
I do not use AI or any automated plugins in any parts of my process. While it does take longer for me to personally edit everything, I believe it also creates a far better sounding final episode.
If you have any questions or would like to reach out and work with me, you can send me a DM on Reddit, or shoot me an email at LandisPodcastEditing@gmail.com.
I hope to hear from you!
