About the Program

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path. This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all business lines of Aditya Birla Capital. The program aims to hire Sales Trainees into multiple sales and distribution channels across the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA / PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI.
  • Prior Experience: 0 – 3 years.

Key Result Areas

  • Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets as per the goal sheet.
  • Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
  • Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, aligning to their requirements.
  • Handle manpower planning, team management, and continuously develop/support team deliverables.

Compensation Structure

Total CTC: INR 900,000 per annum

  • Year 1:
    • Fixed Cost: INR 7,00,000 per annum.
    • Assured Bonus: INR 1,00,000 (paid post-completion of 1 year, based on performance).
    • Joining Bonus: INR 1,00,000 (paid in the first month’s salary; recoverable if the SLP leaves the organization within the 1st year or is not confirmed due to performance issues).
  • Year 2: Transition to the Sales Incentive plan of the respective Line of Business (LOB).
