We are looking for a Consultor de Implantação de Workflows e Portal to work on mapping, configuring, and supporting corporate flows in the LG tool, ensuring adherence to processes and supporting users throughout the implementation cycle.

Responsibilities
- Map processes and design flows for automation via the LG tool.
- Configure and parameterize workflows in the self-service portal.
- Ensure adherence to business rules and good governance practices.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor flows.
- Perform tests, homologation, and adjustments to ensure the quality of deliveries.
- Train users and offer post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Education: Completed or ongoing higher education in IT, Administration, or related areas.
- Experience: Implementation and maintenance of corporate workflows.
- Differential: Development of reports and dashboards.
- Desirable: Knowledge of LG tools, Gente suite, and process mapping.
