Blueprint Digital is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. If you have a proven track record in sales and know how to close, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation
- Guaranteed Base: $2,000/month (1099)
- Commission: 5% on every sale you close
- Quarterly Bonus: $1,500 when quota is met
- Holiday Bonuses: $500–$1,000
- Team Contests: $250–$1,000 cash prizes
- Overachiever bonuses
About the Role
You will be reaching out to blue-collar businesses and presenting tech solutions designed to help them grow their client base and cut losses. Qualified leads are provided; you will not be cold calling. There are no fixed hours, but you must work within the legal cold calling window (8 AM–9 PM).
Requirements
- Based in the US or Canada
- Background in sales, customer service, insurance, or any client-facing role
- Comfortable with outbound calls and handling objections
- Natural communicator – able to hold a real conversation, not just read a script
- Fluent in English with a clear, neutral accent – this is a US-facing role
- Self-motivated and disciplined working remotely
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
- CRM experience is a plus

Training
Paid training – 2-3 hours/day for 3 days followed by a hands-on trial period with check-in support.
