About the Role
7Brew Coffee is searching for a Director of Hiring and Training to be based in Tampa, FL. We are looking for an outgoing leader who knows the brand, stands firm in our culture, and possesses a great work ethic. We need someone energetic, selfless, and hardworking for the betterment of the team and community.
Responsibilities
As the Director of Hiring and Training, you will be responsible for the following:
- Gatekeeper of 7Brew: Hand-selecting everyone who joins the 7Crew Family.
- Recruitment: Hire 60-75 new brewistas for each new stand opening.
- Onboarding: Work with HR to onboard all new individuals.
- Staffing Support: Assist within your region to backfill existing stands.
- Training: Train 60-75 new brewistas for the New Stand Development Team.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with the Baller Manager to ensure training within the openings is consistent and correct at all times.
- Process Improvement: Build processes within our training team to ensure quality and consistency for our team.
- Culture: Build a welcoming environment for our newest members to learn and flourish.
