About the Role
We’re looking for a Google Ads Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for leading client success, ensuring campaign excellence, and driving measurable growth across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients during US business hours
- Oversee and review Google Ads accounts to maintain top performance and adherence to best practices
- Develop and implement growth strategies across Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping
- Conduct account audits, performance reviews, and optimization checks
- Strategize and execute demand generation campaigns for white-collar lead generation and eCommerce clients
- Proactively address client questions, performance concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, reliable reporting, and consistent results
- Support and guide team members to maintain high-quality campaign delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads for both eCommerce and B2B/lead generation clients
- Strong understanding of demand generation, conversion optimization, and paid media funnels
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience leading a small team or managing multiple client accounts
- Google Ads Certification preferred
