Vibe Coder - Remote

Wayfinder Collective is seeking a Vibe Coder to join our team. This is a remote position with a starting pay of $18/hr. No Computer Science degree or prior coding experience is required.

About the Role

Wayfinder Collective is a coaching and personal development company that built its own internal software platform (Wayfinder OS) to manage its business operations. We are looking for someone to help us continue building and improving this platform.

Responsibilities:

Building new features
Debugging and troubleshooting issues
Utilizing AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude AI) as your primary resource

Requirements

Self-taught experience in a difficult subject with demonstrable results
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex systems
Comfortable working with ambiguity and finding solutions
