High-Ticket Closer (Inbound + Outbound, Commission-Based)
We are seeking a skilled high-ticket closer to join our team and help us scale our fast-growing AI automation/AI voice agent offer.
About the Role
We have already established:
- Lead generation
- A clear offer
- Backend systems in development
- A growing pipeline
We need a closer who can conduct genuine sales conversations, not just read scripts.
What You'll Be Closing
- High-ticket services (B2B)
- Discovery and strategy calls
- Warm inbound leads and some outbound follow-ups
- Decision-makers (business owners)
Requirements
You should be able to:
- Run structured discovery calls
- Diagnose pain points, budget, urgency, and authority
- Confidently handle objections (price, timing, trust)
- Close deals cleanly without pressure or gimmicks
- Communicate clearly and professionally
This role is not for beginners.
Compensation
- Commission-based (high percentage per closed deal)
- Potential for a long-term role as volume increases
- No caps for strong performers
- Earnings: $500 - $5000 CAD per sale
- Paying in your preferred currency
Bonus (Optional, but Strongly Preferred)
- Experience selling B2B services
- Experience with SaaS, marketing, or automation offers
- Ability to work EST hours (or overlap)
We are looking to build a long-term relationship, not just hire a temporary closer. If you can actually close, you'll have volume.
