About the Role
Day-to-day as a Senior Backend Developer at Cora
- Define, together with the development and product team, the best ways to build solutions that improve every day.
- Prioritize the quality of what will be developed.
- Deeply understand the behavior of the client who will use the developed tool.

- Maintain and evolve our applications and also build new products and applications.
- Here you will have incentives to:

- Perform technical evaluation in the prioritization of tasks.
- Acquire experience with distributed systems, asynchronous communication (messaging), high availability, and troubleshooting in production.

- Have proximity to the data area and other areas that the product relates to.
- Have ease in creating applications, architectures, tools, and solutions to solve the most diverse problems.
What We Expect From You:
- A communicative person who adds value to the team and expresses their opinion, ideas, and questions.
- Previous experience as a Back-End Developer.
- Knowledge of Java and Kotlin.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure tools.
- Knowledge of databases.
- Architecture patterns and Design Patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Basic knowledge of asynchronous communication between services.
- Ability to produce clean and easily maintainable code.
- Unit and automated tests.
- Experience with Git.
- Knowledge of development using microservices.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Go.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of AI tools in product flows.
