**Social content repurposing:** Turning webinar recordings and existing content into short clips, supporting posts and a practical publishing schedule.
**Event and project coordination:** Supplier communication, merchandise sourcing, delivery coordination, event checklists and keeping tasks and deadlines organised in ClickUp.
**Reporting and marketing support:** Webinar performance summaries, registration and engagement reporting, HubSpot attendee lists and coordinating handovers to sales.
Tools I work with include **Canva, HubSpot, Intercom, ClickUp and Slack**.
A project could be as straightforward as refreshing a presentation, preparing a webinar email campaign, repurposing a recording or organising the moving parts of an upcoming event.
