About the Role
We're hiring a hands-on full-stack engineer to help build and scale the platform: adaptive testing infrastructure, AI-powered scoring and data pipelines, and the systems that maintain clinical rigor at scale. High autonomy, lightweight process, fast-paced. You'll work directly with psychometrics, product, and data science, and the engineering decisions you make now will define the platform for years.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience
- 0-to-1 or early-stage experience is ideal
- Experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
