About the Role
We are a small, agent-led studio. Most of our operations run through AI agents, and the people here direct them. We need a production designer who can turn briefs into polished, on-brand marketing, social, and ad creative—fast—while working within an existing brand system.
Requirements
- Real Figma experience (required).
- Experience wiring Figma into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code (e.g., Figma MCP), ensuring designs become working code without a manual hand-off.
- Strong typography and layout craft.
- Ability to maintain high quality across a high volume of assets.
- Clear written English for async work.
