Open Roles
1. Founding Head of Engineering
- Compensation: $300K–$450K + 3%–5% equity
- Focus: Hands-on technical leader. The majority of your time will be spent writing production code, alongside owning architecture, standards, and technical direction.
- Note: This is explicitly not a people-management track.
2. Founding Full-Stack Engineer
- Compensation: $175K–$275K + 2%–3% equity
- Focus: Own product surfaces end-to-end: from ambiguous problem statement to scoped design, all the way to shipping to enterprise users.
Expectations
- Onsite: Must be in the San Francisco office six days a week.
- Environment: Early-stage pace with high ownership and high expectations.
- Process: Our process is fast; strong candidates go from first conversation to offer in days, not months.
