About the Role:
We are a brand new Marketing Company looking for talented website designers to help build modern, high-converting websites for clients. This is not basic template work. We need someone who understands clean design, user experience, and layouts that actually convert visitors into leads or customers.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be working on projects like:
- Business websites (local services, real estate, etc.)
- Landing pages focused on conversions
- Redesigning outdated websites into modern, clean designs
Requirements:
- Strong eye for modern, minimalist design
- Experience with high-converting layouts
- Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a polished site
- Good communication and reliability
- Bonus: Experience with animations, mobile optimization, and speed optimization
Tech Stack (Preferred but Flexible):
- Webflow / Framer / WordPress / Custom HTML/CSS
- Understanding of responsive design (mobile-first)
Compensation:
- Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Pay per project (rates based on experience)
- Commission for both sales reps and engineers.
- BONUS + HIGHER PAY IF YOU HAVE CODING BACKGROUND
Project Details:
- Ongoing work (not just one project)
- Potential for long-term partnership if it’s a good fit
