TESVOLT is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of energy with cutting-edge and efficient electricity storage solutions "Made in Germany". Our mission is to enable affordable energy anytime, anywhere. We operate with an agile organizational structure, eliminating hierarchy, bureaucracy, and formalism to harness collective intelligence effectively. Due to the increased global demand for our products, we are looking for reinforcements!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our product lines – hardware and software
- Plan product launches and campaigns to showcase our solutions – online and offline
- Conduct market analyses and competitive monitoring to identify and capitalize on opportunities early on
- Create marketing materials such as website content, brochures, presentations, and maintain our marketing shop
- Work closely with the sales team to support sales activities and increase product awareness
- Represent our products at trade shows, roadshows, events, and webinars – with passion and expertise
- Analyze the performance of your activities and continuously optimize them based on clear KPIs
- Coordinate with product management to ensure a consistent and compelling product message
- Define the appropriate communication channels for your target groups together with Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Performance Marketing
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in product marketing – ideally in the technology or energy industry
- Analytical thinking and experience in conducting market analyses
- Creative and have a good sense for target group-oriented communication
- Communicate clearly, persuasively, and present effectively – internally and externally
- Enjoy working in a team and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in German and English – written and spoken
