We build management software for schools and coaching institutes. Our platform handles attendance, fee tracking, homework distribution, parent communication, and online classes - basically replacing the WhatsApp chaos and Excel mess that 90% of Indian educational institutes still use.
We're live with actual clients. The product works. Now we need people who can scale sales.

₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000 per client (depending on institute size and features)

Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: ₹2,000/h
- Base Commission: ₹6,000 per closed deal

Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients in your city/region
- Leverage your network in education sector
- Cold outreach when needed (walk-ins, calls, LinkedIn)
Sales Process:
- Conduct product demos (in-person or virtual)
- Understand client needs and customize pitch accordingly
- Handle negotiations and close deals
- Maintain relationships for referrals and renewals
Client Onboarding:
- Coordinate with tech team for implementation
- Ensure smooth handoff after sale

Must Have:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Understanding of Indian education sector (how schools/coaching centers operate)

- Existing network in education (teachers, principals, coaching center owners, trustees)
- Prior B2B sales experience (especially ed-tech or SaaS)
- Experience in Tier 2/3 cities where competition is lower
