About the Role
We are seeking a developer with strong AI (LLM) and web development experience for an urgent project.
We run a business that hires chat-based sales agents. Currently, every candidate must complete a live chat simulation before being hired. This process is done manually by our team and is time-consuming.
We want to replace this step with a fully automated, web-based AI simulation.
Project Overview
The system will function as follows:
- A candidate opens a web page, enters their details, agrees to rules, and starts a timed chat simulation.
- The AI will play the role of a customer.
- The candidate will play the role of a sales agent.
- The AI will ask a fixed set of questions and respond dynamically.
- The candidate will send messages and select content options during the chat.
- The session will be monitored and scored automatically.
- At the end, results will be saved to a Google Sheet and a pass/fail outcome will be shown.
The system must be realistic, fast, and accurate.
Requirements
- Strong AI (LLM) experience
- Web development experience
- Ability to deliver quickly and to a high standard
Compensation
- $50/h +
