About the Role

I am looking for a reliable individual Motion Graphics Editor (US-based or working US EST/PST hours) for a new high-retention Personal Finance YouTube channel targeting adults aged 35–65+.

Compensation

  • Pay: $50–100 USD per 10-minute video ($200–400/month for consistent, recurring weekly work).
  • Test Edit: A 45-second test edit is required for shortlisted finalists before starting the full video.
  • Payment Methods: PayPal Goods & Services, Venmo, or Wise.

What I Provide (Weekly)

  1. Voiceover: Master ElevenLabs voiceover track (clean and paced).
  2. Avatar Clips: Pre-rendered HeyGen talking-head avatar clips (named by exact timestamp).
  3. Production Table: A 3-column table (Timestamp | Exact Voiceover | Exact Visual Direction) mapped out in 10-to-15-second blocks.
  4. Brand Kit: Matte dark charcoal grid background (#0D0D11), Montserrat Bold / Inter fonts, white (#FFFFFF), emerald green (#10B981), and crimson red (#EF4444).

Responsibilities

  • Build clean, minimalist dark-mode 2D motion graphics, rising number counters, and math equations that pop on the exact audio waveform spikes.
  • Cut smoothly between pre-rendered Avatar clips and custom motion graphics.
  • Deliver the 1080p MP4 file.
  • Deliver the Premiere/After Effects project file for Video #1.

Requirements & Restrictions

  • Do not apply if: You are an agency or a middleman outsourcing to other editors.
  • Do not apply if: You use generic stock footage of people counting cash or shaking hands. (This channel is 90% clean dark-mode math/UI graphics and 10% avatar cuts).
