You will conduct conversations in a relaxed, empathetic, and respectful manner while following clear internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

Written communication with users
Active and friendly conversation management
Compliance with our communication rules
Building long-term conversations

Depending on the platform and your engagement, you will be compensated based on performance. Your income depends on how actively and reliably you work.

Requirements

German at native speaker level
PC or laptop with a stable internet connection (no smartphone) 💻
At least 3 hours of time per day
Independent and reliable work style
Willingness to learn and motivation

Payment
