Client Acquisition Executive - Remote / Commission
About the Role
We are a fast-growing B2B outbound sales startup seeking experienced outreach/sales professionals. This role is for individuals who want to be part of something bigger than a standard routine.
Compensation
- Month 1: 20% commission on every client closed. No cap, no limits. Realistic earnings of £3,000–£5,000+ are achievable with consistency.
- Month 2 Onward: Transition to hourly pay, commission, and advance payments based on performance.

- Follow-ups
- Booking short qualification calls
- Closing clients onto a pay-per-performance service
Requirements
- Must have prior outreach or sales experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn/email outreach.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Demonstrated consistency in previous roles.
