AI Engineer and Fullstack Engineer

We're continuing building the platform to grow post MVP — and we’re looking for engineers who want to build the application further.
Responsibilities (AI Engineer)
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for performance analysis, forecasting, and automated recommendations
- Build scalable AI services that integrate seamlessly with our cloud-native backend
- Collaborate on the design of data pipelines and feature engineering processes
- Work with structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems and operational sources
- Influence architectural decisions for our AI stack, from model serving to real-time inference
Responsibilities (Fullstack Engineer)
- Build and scale frontend and backend systems from scratch
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
- Implement REST and GraphQL APIs and integrate with complex enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA
- Design and maintain data pipelines and database architectures (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Build real-time features using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE)
- Implement secure and scalable authentication and authorization (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, SSO)

- Onsite in Munich or Berlin
