[Hiring] Instagram Content Manager (Tech/AI Brand)

About the Role

I am looking for someone to take over my Instagram account and cross-post content to TikTok. The focus will be primarily on carousels, with some short-form video content.

The Setup I supply everything. You will have access to Vista Social, my AI tooling, templates, and raw content. You are not writing from a blank page or designing from scratch. My notes and takes go into a document, and you turn them into carousels and schedule them.

Per-post effort is designed to be low. If a post is taking you an hour, we have set something up wrong and I will fix it.

Compensation

Starting Rate: $200/month.
Scalability: Pay scales with the account. As the following grows, the rate goes up. I prefer to raise one person's rate over time rather than re-hiring.
Volume: Post volume is negotiable. We will land on a cadence that works for you.

Responsibilities

Create carousels from my raw material.
Cross-post content to TikTok.
Manage scheduling and maintain a consistent cadence.
Handle light comment/DM triage on items I flag.

About the Founder

I am based in NYC and work in big tech. I have recently signed a book deal, will be speaking at conferences over the next year, and am partnering with platforms to teach courses. I have the material, but lack the time to manage the social output.
