[HIRING] Editing Manager for Meta Ads Agency (Remote)

We're a performance agency running Meta ads for home services companies. We make a lot of ad creative, and we need someone to manage our editing team.

Note: This is a management role, not an editing role. You'll be the editors' day-to-day manager and main point of contact.

The Job

Turn our strategists' ideas into clear briefs for editors
Lead and communicate with the editors daily
Manage deadlines, workload, and revisions
Give sharp feedback and run performance reviews
QC everything before it goes live

Requirements

Proven experience managing video editors, ideally on paid social ads
An understanding of what makes an ad creative perform
Very clear communication and strong organization

Bonus Skills

You've sourced and trained editors
You have personal experience with video editing
Experience using Frame.io
Experience working on direct-response ads

Compensation

Remote
Salary: $1,500–$2,500/month (depending on experience)
