Job Description
Your future work environment:
You will join a dynamic agency with more than 370 employees spread throughout the Paris region. Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will be led to evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in Infogérance type services or you will be directly integrated into client teams as a technical expert.
The agency markets its activities to major clients in the Banking, Insurance Social Protection, Retail & Automotive, Public Service and Social Health and Employment sectors, and many others.

Your role and your missions:
As a DevOps / SRE Engineer, you manage the work environment of software engineers and optimize the deployment of applications:
- You establish and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to ensure fast and frequent application deliveries.
- You automate the deployment, configuration and orchestration processes of containers.
- You collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of new features and patches with existing infrastructures.
- You monitor the performance of applications and components, such as databases and web servers, by identifying and quickly resolving problems or bottlenecks.
- You implement security practices and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the system.
- You provide technical support and expertise to project team members, helping them to resolve infrastructure issues and understand DevOps best practices.
Your technical environment may consist of:
- Kubernetes
- Ansible
- Git, GitLab
- Jenkins
- Docker
- Cloud Service (AWS, Azure, GCP etc)

Qualifications
Graduated from a bac+5 and from an engineering school or equivalent training, you have at least 4 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer position. Curious, rigorous and proactive, you are recognized for your listening skills and your analytical and innovation skills. Your qualities such as diplomacy, team spirit or customer service will also be essential assets for your success in the missions entrusted to you.
