The IUNGO product allows you to automate purchasing processes and integrate different suppliers, guaranteeing efficient communication between client and supplier. This enhances the entire supply chain process, which becomes collaborative through the integration of client and supplier systems.
About the Role
In order to evolve the IUNGO platform and strengthen the methodological area of Solutions, we are looking for a Product Owner, who can be part of a growing Product Management and R&D team with their own enthusiasm and motivation. You will have the opportunity to work on the entire cycle of ideation, creation and launch of a new suite of products, also helping to facilitate the transition from the legacy system to innovative technological systems, to meet the constantly evolving needs of the reference market, technology and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Defining the Product Vision: Collaborate with management to align business objectives with user needs.
- Market & Customer Research: Analyze the market, competitors and industry trends. Conduct user interviews to identify real problems to solve.
- Backlog Management: Create, order and prioritize User Stories, ensuring that the development team always has a clear understanding of the work to be done.
- Maximizing Value: Make critical decisions on which features to develop to ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment).
- Data and KPI Analysis: Define and monitor success metrics to guide data-driven decisions.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Collect feedback, manage expectations and communicate the progress of the product to clients or internal departments (marketing, sales, etc.), support for sales and pre-sales or the implementation of the project on an acquired client.
- Pilot project management: Coordinate the first projects on clients to validate the product/service and define the best way to achieve the client's objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous Experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in software/SaaS contexts.
- Analytical and Synthesis Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and actionable technical specifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving attitude, ability to interact with different interlocutors both internal and external to the company
- Knowledge of Tools and Processes: Use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar and familiarity with the Agile methodology.
Nice-to-Have
- Public Speaking: Ability to represent the product in conferences, webinars or presentations to large clients.
- Experience in the Supply-Chain field
- Experience in Growth Hacking: Knowledge of techniques for the rapid acquisition and activation of users.
- Knowledge of Problem-solving methodologies, such as Design Thinking
- Experience in cross-functional work teams (e.g. User Experience designer, Data engineer, Developer, Architect, Sales & Marketing)
