I have developed a fully automated pipeline for Youtube. From idea to script to media generation, video assembly, and even thumbnail and metadata generation. It does all the work for me while I sleep. I built it for myself but I figure there are other people looking to do the same in other niches so I'll be happy to help you build yours.
My setup works with Claude Code as the orchestrator as I find it to be the mostcost-effective way to do it but I can build it with other tools if you prefer (n8n, etc).
It works great for the following type of videos
\- Explainer videos (semi-animated or using rapidly changing static images for cost efficiency)
\- Long-form audio-based videos ("sleep while learning about X", "2 hours of facts of Y", etc)
\- Trivia and quiz videos
\- Shorts/reels/tiktoks

Note: This obviously does not cover the AI subscription and/or API tokens that you will need. For my setup, each video is costing me $10-$30 but that can be lower or higher depending on the type of video, quality, duration you are going for, etc. It can work locally on your PC or on a cloud server.
