About the Role
I run a digital agency specializing in website design/redesigns for local SMBs. I’m looking for an energetic B2B cold caller/appointment setter to handle outbound outreach. Your main task will be making outbound calls to pre-scraped lists, identifying decision-makers, and booking 15-minute discovery calls on my calendar.
Compensation
- Base Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
- Bonuses: Per booked call/closed deal
Logistics
- Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred / flexible time zones)
- Hours: ~15–20 hours/week (Part-time / Flexible)
Responsibilities
- Call provided lead lists (phones and qualified URLs supplied).
- Deliver a concise pitch and overcome basic gatekeepers/objections.
- Schedule qualified appointments onto a Google/Calendly setup.
Requirements
- Conversational English fluency and clear phone presence.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or cold calling is a plus.
- Reliable computer, quiet workspace, and stable internet connection.
