We are hiring a high-ticket appointment setter to help manage both warm inbound leads and outbound follow-up inside a fast-moving software sales environment.

We are an established New York-based algorithmic software company serving traders and investors. Our offer is proven, our marketing is active, and we are looking for someone who can help increase appointment volume, tighten follow-up, and keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.

Compensation and Role Details

  • OTE: $5,000 to $7,000+ per month
  • Commission: 3% to 5% based on performance
  • Bonus: Extra $200 for every additional $5,000 collected after $10,000 cash collected in a month
  • Location: Remote
  • Hours: Must align with U.S. time zones and market hours
  • Offer Type: High-ticket software licensing

What You Will Do

You will manage two parallel workflows:

  • Respond quickly to warm inbound prospects who book a demo or trial call.
  • Work aged or colder leads from the database to revive opportunities and generate additional appointments.

You should be comfortable handling follow-up across calls, texts, CRM updates, and other outbound touchpoints without letting qualified leads slip through the cracks.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who is confident, organized, and strong on the phone. You should be comfortable speaking with traders, prop-firm participants, and high-net-worth individuals in a clear and professional way.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, disciplined with CRM management, and able to create urgency while working independently during U.S. market hours.

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-ticket B2C or B2B sales or appointment setting
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Strong CRM discipline and follow-up management
  • Quiet work environment and reliable high-speed internet
  • Familiarity with trading, futures, or prop firms is a plus
