Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and discovery processes for new digital products (discovery);
Deeply understand user needs through research methods and idea validation, propose and build attractive solutions together with the team;
Conduct research and testing with users;
Assist in the implementation of projects, validating concepts and deliverables with developers;
Participate in the elaboration of project documentation and its deliverables;
Create and change the visual design (layout and creative concept);
Create wireframes and mockups, based on the needs of the product users and stakeholders;
Develop navigable prototypes (figma);
Knowledge of HTML, CSS;
Skill with responsive screens;
Create layouts for web and mobile, making them functional on both platforms;
Create a design system for development teams to use and reuse components;
Participate with the technology team in the planning and development of solutions;
Participate in co-creation routines with teams from different areas;
Understand the company's purpose and objectives in decision making;
Understand the vision about the product, its flows and impact of the solutions.

Requirements

Have carried out projects in the area;
Have experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g.: Sketch / InVisioN / Figma);
Have knowledge of web design, responsive design, applications for (IOS, Android);
Have a refined aesthetic sense;
Have the ability to solve problems using UX.
Have a passion for creating, learning and testing new ideas and technologies;
Like to work well in a team;
Have the ability to communicate and listen well;
Have responsibility and commitment to your tasks;
Have critical thinking skills;
Know how to solve problems;
Be proactive
